As part of a package of measures to improve recruitment and retention Fulcrum Films is pleased to announce a condensed 4-day working week trial, with our factory and offices being closed every Friday.
This will start from week commencing 17th October 2022.
We wish to reassure you that there will be no loss of production hours, so there will be no impact on your current or future orders. The only significant change we foresee is that we will no longer be despatching orders on a Friday.
Our reason for this change is to promote a better work/life balance for our staff.
We want to thank you for being a valued, continuing customer and hope you will help us with our new endeavour.
